Cancellation Policy

Orders. You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched, from your account’s order history or by contacting hello@gharit.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — see our Refund & Return Policy instead.

Installation appointments. A scheduled installation can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations or a missed appointment may require a new appointment to be booked.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
